Workshop Terms & Conditions

Payment & Booking

Tutored Workshops must be paid for in full before a place can be guaranteed, however, for block bookings an interim 50% deposit will be satisfactory, with the balance payable at start of the first workshop attended.

Drop In sessions are payable on the day, no prior booking is required.

We operate a waiting list system with places allocated on a first come first served basis. If you are interested in a tutored workshop, it is well worth adding your name to avoid disappointment.

Telephone reservations are accepted with Pingit/PAYM on your mobile phone.

Cancellation/Refund Policy.

Please note classes may be cancelled if insufficient class numbers of people are able to attend. If other unforeseen circumstances also occur and we have to cancel, we will provide a full/pro-rata refund or transfer the payment to another class with as much notice as possible (at least 48 hours).

A refund is only available if 48 hours notice is given of cancellation, however, for block bookings any refund will be calculated pro-rata, if you have already attended the first workshop.

Tutorial Patterns.

Tutorial Patterns remain the property of the tutor and should not be copied, passed on or used for teaching purposes without the express written permission of the tutor.
Tutorial Patterns are not available for courses that you have not attended or paid for.

Drop-In.

These may or may not have a tutor in attendance, however the staff or other members are usually able to assist.
